1.4 slge77 does not knowingly permit minors to register or use its platform. Any account found to be registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. 2.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active slge77 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. slge77 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be permanently suspended, and any balances or winnings associated with them will be forfeited.
2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slge77 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. slge77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
2.4 You must notify slge77 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security. slge77 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.
2.5 slge77 reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
2.6 Player accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your slge77 account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
3.1 slge77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and player account tier.
3.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. slge77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned, and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.
3.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the registered player. slge77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
3.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times that vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days. slge77 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
3.5 slge77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Players may be required to provide documentation confirming the source of funds deposited into their slge77 account. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure.
3.6 Deposits made to a slge77 account are non-refundable once wagering activity has commenced, except in cases of verified technical error on the part of slge77. Requests for deposit reversals must be submitted to slge77 customer support within 24 hours of the transaction.

5.5 The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place wagers on the slge77 platform is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended and all associated funds may be forfeited.
6.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the slge77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

During an investigation, the affected account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. slge77 will not be liable for any inconvenience caused to a player whose account is suspended pending a legitimate investigation.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, slge77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the slge77 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.3 slge77 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet service disruptions, or third-party payment processor failures.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude slge77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 slge77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering a slge77 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 Upon termination of an account for cause (i.e., due to a violation of these Terms & Conditions), slge77 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity. Any deposits made using legitimate payment methods that are not associated with the violation may be returned at slge77's discretion after investigation.
11.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their slge77 account may do so by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
11.4 slge77 may also suspend or restrict an account as a precautionary measure while investigating a reported security incident, suspected fraud, or a dispute. Such precautionary suspensions do not constitute a finding of wrongdoing and will be lifted if the investigation concludes in the player's favor.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to slge77's customer support team for resolution. slge77 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal customer support process within 30 days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable Philippine arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
12.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
13.1 slge77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, slge77 will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the slge77 platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
13.2 Your continued use of the slge77 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the slge77 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.
